Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept list only payment methods actually available at checkout. Available options are displayed before you complete your purchase.Please submit payments only through our official checkout or an invoice verified through our published business contact details.

2. Currency and Order Total

All prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD).Your order total, including merchandise, shipping, applicable taxes, and any mandatory charges, is displayed before payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees after purchase.Your bank or payment provider may independently charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

3. When Payment Is Due

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.Any separately offered deposit or installment arrangement must clearly state the total price, payment schedule, balance due date, delivery conditions, and cancellation terms before you agree to it.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your billing information is accurate.Payments may be subject to authorization and fraud-prevention checks. If a payment issue affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and attributable shipping charges.

5. Declined Payments and Pending Charges

If your payment is declined, check your billing details or contact your payment provider. Avoid repeatedly submitting payment if you are unsure whether a transaction succeeded. An unsuccessful transaction may leave a temporary authorization hold. Your bank or payment provider controls when that hold is released.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility, return conditions, and refund processing times are explained in our Return & Refund Policy linkApproved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

7. Payment Security and Questions

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes through ordinary email or messaging.
If you notice an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Contacting us does not limit your lawful rights to dispute a transaction with your payment provider.
