What tools are included in a pallet?
Contents vary by lot and may include power tools, hand tools, accessories, and tool storage products. Refer to the specific listing and available manifest rather than assuming every pallet contains the same assortment.

Are the tools new or used?
Condition varies. Merchandise may be new, open-box, customer-returned, used, untested, or salvage. The listing identifies the condition offered. Customer-returned or untested tools should not be assumed to work.

Are batteries and chargers included?
Only when expressly stated in the listing or manifest. Some power tools are sold as “tool-only,” without batteries, chargers, cases, or accessories.

Can I choose specific brands or models?
For mixed lots, selection is limited to what the listing expressly offers. Do not assume a particular brand or model is included unless it is identified as part of the sale.

What is a manifest?
A manifest lists merchandise associated with a pallet or load. Review whether it is an exact inventory or an estimated assortment, and whether quantities, models, and testing status are confirmed.

How many tools are on a pallet?
There is no standard quantity. The number depends on tool size, packaging, and the particular lot. Check the listing for the confirmed count or clearly identified estimate.

What is the difference between a truckload and a container load?
A truckload is merchandise transported in a road trailer. A container load is merchandise packed in a shipping container, often for intermodal or international transport. Neither term guarantees a particular pallet count or quantity unless specified in the offer.

How many pallets fit in a truck or container?
Capacity depends on pallet dimensions, loaded height, weight, stackability, and the equipment used. The final loading plan must account for both available space and legal weight limits.

Can I purchase a mixed load?
Mixed-load options depend on available inventory and the offer selected. Any agreed assortment, quantities, and permitted substitutions should be documented before payment.

How are shipping costs determined?
Costs depend on shipment dimensions, weight, destination, and required services. Residential delivery, liftgate service, and other applicable charges must be included in the shipping terms before payment.

What equipment do I need for delivery?
Pallet deliveries may require a loading dock, forklift, or a suitable liftgate service. Truckloads and containers may have additional unloading requirements. Confirm equipment, site access, unloading time, and any detention charges before booking.

Do you offer international container shipping?
Contact us to confirm service to your destination. Where international shipping is offered, the written terms should identify responsibilities for freight, insurance, export documents, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination charges.

Tools containing lithium batteries may require special shipping arrangements and cannot be assumed eligible for every route.

How long will delivery take?
Review the handling and transit estimates provided for your order and our Shipping Policy. Freight appointments, vessel schedules, customs clearance, and destination services can affect delivery timing.

What payment methods and deposit terms apply?
Use the payment options shown at checkout or on your verified invoice. Any deposit arrangement must clearly state the total price, balance deadline, dispatch conditions, and cancellation terms before payment.

Can I return a pallet or load?
Review our Return & Refund Policy and any clearly disclosed product-specific exclusions before ordering. Contact us for instructions before returning merchandise. Final-sale wording does not remove rights provided by applicable law.

What if merchandise is damaged, missing, or different from the description?
Contact us promptly with your order number, available photographs, and a description of the discrepancy. Retain packaging and shipping documents while the issue is reviewed. An unboxing video is not required.

 Are warranties or resale profits guaranteed?
No resale profit is guaranteed. A manufacturer’s warranty should not be assumed to cover liquidation merchandise. Any expressly offered warranty must be identified in the listing, without limiting applicable statutory rights.
